I’ve been using Monday Hour One for a couple of months now. Many times it is very helpful to plan my week, but I have a really hard time following through. I think a lot of it is that I legitimately plan to do too many things. I don’t plan enough time to do anything fun because, well, I don’t really have fun very often. I don’t even know what would be fun, that’s not also a huge pain in the ass.
I’m not really sure if I should plan fewer things, or manage my mind better to get myself to do the things I planned. On one hand, I DO think I might be trying to do too many things. But on the other hand, I also procrastinate a decent amount. How do I know if I have planned too much, or if I’ve got to better manage my mind??
