Hello! I am really excited for the Monday Hour One course. I watched all of the videos in the study vault and I have my calendar planned this week and I was SO excited to start doing Focus time. I am a sales rep in my full time job and I cover a large area calling for lots of travel. What I am finding this week so far is that my focus time at the end of the day is impinged on by my morning appointments running over or I have run out of time in the day and feel like I have to choose between the Focus time or traveling back to be sure my son is picked up from Daycare on time. Please help!! I don’t want to be frustrated the focus block but I am finding it so hard to get 2hours in the day to commit to doing the work.
