Monday Hour One is so great.

This is not a question so much as a comment, but I wanted to say how much I’m loving the Monday One Hour tool and Tyson’s sessions. I’m learning so much from being curious about scheduling, and the thoughts that come up related to what’s on my calendar.

For instance, I’ve identified the sneaky thought “I should be working instead” whenever it comes time to do other things I’ve scheduled. Using my calendar more proactively has also helped me set boundaries with family and notice that I was having thoughts that my schedule was less important than theirs.

I had always thought of calendaring as something I “had” to do and that I was “failing” if I didn’t stick to a plan. But Monday Hour One is helping me look at it in a totally new way and start asking myself questions instead of beating myself up. Thank you so much! <3
