Hello in using the Monday Hour One system I am having problems actually knowing how much I can actually get done in a day or week. I feel like I have so much I want to get done but wondering is there a good rule of thumb for how much you should actually try to accomplish in a day or week? What does Brooke recommend? I am trying to focus on one thing at a time for the focused 2 hours but how much should I aim to accomplish on a daily basis and still be productive but not burn out? Please your advice would be helpful to know what other coaches and Brooke herself does. Thank you, Pamela
