Monday Hour One Questions

I have just completed the Monday Hour One series and I am excited to start it.
I have a few questions:
– Should I incorporate habits into my schedule, even if they are “take your daily vitamins” or “drink water”?
– Can I put more than one thing to work on in the two hours of focus time?
– What happens if I complete the thing I have for the focus time in less than two hours? Should I start another focus time task?
– What if you know that you’re going to meet someone or do something on let’s say Friday but you don’t know the time yet–can you add it to your calendar later in the week, or is Monday the only time you can edit your calendar?
