I have been implementing Monday Hour One (this is week 2) and it has been life changing! A couple of questions that have come up for me in the process…
1) What do I do if I find myself with free time, say something took less time than I thought it would and I’m left with free time? Should I rest? Try to make progress on future items on my calendar or on my ongoing list of to do’s for the following week – similar to how the coach in the Study Vault videos writes these down on index cards? I’ve been making a list on my phone.
2) Do you advise scheduling time to respond to personal texts/emails?
