I have found references to Monday hour one within the Terms and Concepts booklet and see the Monday hour one calls each month. However, when I started listening to the Monday hour one call, she said she was not going to explain what it was and it was a QA session. So where do I find the information or video or booklet that just describes in detail what is Monday hour one? I would like to implement but need a bit more guidance to get me started.
