I’m going through Monday Hour One and wondering how to handle the ‘no changes unless there’s blood rule’ when not working for myself (yet!).
Throughout the week, my assistant will schedule meetings as they come in, and my boss often requests meetings at short notice. This means that even if I block out time for all the things, I know I will need and want to do during the week, I often have to move things around at my boss’s request.
Currently, the way I deal with the integrity piece is to always move something to another time and get it done then but it’s obviously not ideal.
Any advice please?
