Monday Hour One when physically challenged.


I’ve done Monday Hour One and I know “I don’t have enough time” is a form of buffering. But for me it’s not time I lack, but physical energy (due to chronic illness). How then to schedule all that I want to do without burning out/overdoing it? How do I adjust Monday Hour One for that? Decide that some of the things I want to do aren’t enough of a priority to pursue right now?
