I find I am furious and filled with what feels like nebulous hormonal rage on Mondays no matter what the circumstance.
I cannot find an actual thought creating the feeling. I think it’s a C.
It’s a consistent Monday morning occurrence. Should I try to work out unconscious thoughts contributing to this? Or treat it as a C and work out Ts to manage it?
It dissipates as the day progresses. Do I live with it and manage it? Or try to find the cause, which seems to just be Monday mornings, of the workweek, not holidays.
