Money Call

Hi Brooke, I posted here recently about uncovering negative thought patterns established in childhood. After the money call today I realised that this of course filters down into my relationships with myself, people, my creative work, and money. Initially the repair work seems daunting to separate all these aspects of my relationship with my thinking. So as not to collapse into the enormity of the work to be done, would you agree that if I worked on my general negative programming that would be a sensible approach? Perhaps a time limit or a format like the March goal work? Everything is connected I know . I don’t want to go into overwhelm and find a new escape route, then miss the opportunity.
