What is the best way to handle future tasks or results that come to mind when your week is already scheduled using Monday Hour One? I tried to pre-schedule some items for the next week. That did not work for me. When it came to the day I needed to do them, I made a ton of excuses, but mainly that I had not recently planned them. Any tips or thought suggestions?
