Unintentional Model:
C: Money
T: I’m bad with money
F: Defeated
A: Avoid looking at bank accounts
R: I don’t practice good money management
Intentional Model:
C: Money
T: I have more than enough to pay all the bills plus some more
F:
A:
R:
My question is I can’t identify how I feel when I think that thought.
I sit with the T in the intentional model, and maybe I feel good (too vague a word for emotion?), proud, grateful, or abundant? But the brain immediately goes to other thoughts like “but I don’t have enough to buy my own house yet”, which would be another model.
Probably because I cannot identify the F, I have trouble seeing what the A and R would be. Please help! Thanks!
