I’ve had excellent success with my drinking protocol and eating protocol. I’m thinking of applying this technique and devising a money protocol. It’s broader than a budget. Just like my drinking protocol I didn’t throw out all the alcohol but learned to manage it, I wont cut up the credit cards but set a protocol to address their use. I have watched the videos in the money course but want to put together a structure for myself to stop overspending. Doesn’t money protocol make sense to do?
