Hi Brooke. In the Money coaching your argument is that I need to provide value and demonstrate that how I can make my company a lot of money but, as an in house attorney, I am in the cost department and my value is assessed by how much money I save by not sending that legal work to outside law firms. How do I articulate my value then? Is saving money as exciting for a CEO/management as making money? I have made my money goal to move from Legal to Head of HR/People Operations within a year (massive goal for me that will lead to a bigger salary) and that also does not translate to increasing the revenue of the company. How do I change my thought about what value I can deliver?
