I have a problem with my model
C: I don’t plan for my money (it seems to be a fact to me?)
T: If I was planning, I would realize I am spending too much versus what I need for my kids future and retirement
F: Scared
A: I do nothing, I hide
R: even more scared – anxiety attack about it

I feel like the “solution” lies on changing the circumstance here right? Where am I mistaken?
