Money thoughts by stay at home mom for 16 years

Dear Brooke
Would you be able to suggest how I can change my thoughts surrounding money? This is my circumstance…I’m 48 years old, mother of 3, very happily married. I’ve “chosen” to stay home with my kids for the last 16 years. I have also chose to do a lot of unpaid volunteer work. When doing week 3 homework, many of my answers were “I have this amount of money because my husband has worked hard and I’ve supported him and our family.” “I have not personally earned or contributed enough.” “I would like to go back to work or come up with a business idea, but I don’t know what to do.” “I would like to make more but what valuable/marketable skills do I have?” “Realistically I will make very little this year.”
The SCS work has been invaluable in shifting my perspective. I feel like I’m on the precipice of getting to a new, challenging place and I’m excited to do the work I need to get there!
Thank you.
