Monkey Mind and Constraint


I have followed all the instructions for my first week. I’ve done the Orientation, Learned how to do Thought Download and Model, finished my first Coaching Call and have watched half of the Earning Course (that’s new) as it relates to my first goal: shifting from making $1350 a month to $12,000 a month in a year. The workbook says to “do a Goal download” and more instructions from there. I find myself getting overwhelmed and having Monkey Mind (wanting to jump around, change my goal, watch more videos). Can you help me have a protocol for clear steps forward so I won’t derail myself? Perhaps I’m taking on too much and it’s overwhelming me? Did I miss an explanation about how to do a Goal Download?
