I was thinking of theme sentences that best describe my almost year-long SCS development and wanted to share with you my personal progress:

February = I can’t. I was never able to.
March = Yeah, but I don’t have the talent.
April = Hmmm… I know I should be thinking something else…
May = Thinking this way is optional.
June = I no longer think this way.
July = I am someone who lost 40 pounds. For good.
August = I became someone who honors her own commitments.
September = What else is possible for me?
October = Could I really put anything on the R line?
November = I now know I can handle any emotion.
December = My gosh, I am totally going to do it!
