You could think it is morally wrong for a child being killed and that nothing has gone wrong. What if it were both?

What do you mean that it is morally wrong and terrible and heartbreaking and nothing has gone wrong with it being wrong and terrible and heartbreaking? This is tripping me up! Thanks.
