More compassionate


I am new to self scholars and have taken advantage of my first Tudoring session, which was powerful because she asked questions to make me think about the relationship I would like to have with my stepdaughters and I am now reflecting about the relationship I have with myself.

I am working on having a better relationship with me and having more compassion for myself.

Do you have any advice on how to specifically practice more self compassion and how to show up to yourself with more loving thoughts?
