Hi Brooke, I was wondering if your process for goals is to still write them down every day? If so, what does that process look like? Do you focus on writing down multiple goals and practicing those thoughts with that specfic goal you want to think? Do you incorporate goals you’ve already completed as well or just things you want to accomplish? Thank you!
