I have seen several times from a variety of sources the recommendation to have more salt and water if you’re feeling lightheaded or maybe even hungry while intermittent fasting. How do you recommend getting the salt intake when you are fasting? Do you just put salt on your hand and lick it off like someone would do with a tequila-less tequila shot and chase it with a shot of water? Lol. Seriously, what is the best method to get the salt when fasting?
