More thoughts than Monday Hour One and Thought Downloads…


This week was my first week of trying our Monday hour One and I’ve done some thought downloads. The thing is that I’m also in the process of cutting back drinking too – this was going on before I joined Scholars – so now I’m starting the “Stop Overdrinking” course to find out more about what I’m trying to do.

That being said, one of the reasons I think I drink is because I have so many thoughts to where I can’t quiet them down. Having a couple drinks helps. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night with thoughts raging through my mind from making a grocery list to business to-dos and old conversations, awkward moments, “what ifs” etc.

Should I do more thought downloads, or is there a way to start addressing this now before I have my first one-on-one call? Thanks!
