Morning Anxiety


I need your advice. I have so much morning anxiety especially on the weekends when I should feel relaxed. I think it’s because the day is based on the kids sports and their plans and I feel like all I do is wait to make lunch, go to a game, and the day is nothing that I feel like doing. I guess I feel trapped in between my 3 kids and a puppy. Like I can’t leave and meet a friend for lunch because then I’m missing a game or leaving the puppy alone and she’s not used to being alone because of covid. So there’s nothing fun in my weekends. Any advice?
