Hi Brooke,
Over the past year, I’ve realized the power of starting my day with some inspiration. Usually, in the form of a podcast, or something audio, that I listen to as I walk the dog. The difference it makes is amazing — instead of listening to my own worried thoughts, or immediately turning on the news, I am intentional about making my early morning exposures something healthy. It’s probably how I ended up finding you!
Do you have suggestions for other sources of good inspirational material in audio form? Of course I listen to you, and Jess Lively is a regular, and The Good Life Project, and I finished The Vortex and Law of Attraction that way too…anyway just thought I’d ask what ideas you have! Thanks
