Morning thought download strategies


I am new to Scholars and today was my first morning doing a thought download. Amazingly, not a SINGLE one of my thoughts was based in fact. Not one! I did models on three of my thoughts, which led me to four new, believable, more helpful thoughts I can think throughout the day. My question is about a morning routine involving a thought download. It seems like a good thing to start the morning with. However, in the interest of time and effectiveness, does it make sense to just pick the three that stick out the most and do models on them? Or is there another daily morning strategy or approach to this that is recommended?
