Morning thought model

I’ve been trying to pay attention to the first thought I’m having in the morning. I’m brand new to scholars and still feel like I’m struggling with my models. A lot of time I can’t seem to pinpoint an action or result other than just perpetuating the thought I’m having. What am I missing here? My model from this morning is this:

C: I woke up to my alarm
T: there is never going to be a day when I wake up and don’t feel completely exhausted
F: weary
A: complain to my sister on the phone
R: perpetuate the thought and feeling ?
