Follow up question. Re: mom who eats straight out of our ice cream cartons without asking. I do get that I don’t set boundaries for other people. I really am asking because my hubby genuinely wants to know how to handle my mom. Since it’s my mom and not his shouldn’t I talk with her about bout house boundaries, which would be my hubbys boundaires. Or, should we set the boundary with her himself? It’s not okay with him for her to invite everyone over to our house and it’s not okay with him for her to dig her spoon into our ice cream. I feel pretty at peace with my fun ole crazy mama at this point but it’s an issue in our marriage.
