Mourning the absence of sugar


I’ve been trying to complete the “Giving up Sugar and Flour Worksheet” for several days now and am stuck on the very first question: Do you want to be come a person who doesn’t eat these regularly? My gut reaction is “No!” I want the RESULTS of giving up sugar, just without having to actually give it up. 🙂 How do I move past the “no” and to a place where I genuinely want to be a person who lives without sugar?
