Thanks for the suggestion. You probably said it offhand and not seriously, but … it’s been a perfect idea. In a recent call in response to someone asking about how they could get over the feeling of needing something to freshen their palate (or something like that). Brooke: “Hmm, I don’t know. Mouthwash?”
Next day I was wandering around the kitchen, not hungry but feeling like I NEEDED something. I was done with my planned meal, and considering a piece of chocolate … which I DO NOT have on my protocol. I remembered your statement, and off I went to brush my teeth and use my teeth whitening mouthwash which I assume works better if I don’t eat or drink for a while after it.
The craving disappeared and I was so pleased with myself. For the past few days, I’ve been doing this immediately after dinner now.
