Moving forward

Thank you for your programme.
I have set as my IG to love myself after 57 years of self loathing and self rejection.
I am doing thought downloads and models every day but i feel it is just that doing them. A very slow progress while i still react too often rather than act deliberately.
How can i approach the model more from a result perspective and work on what I and where i want to be rather than clean up after the fact?
Any advice?
