I will move in my city and find my dream apartment. Unfortunately (and that was my surprizing thought), its near my boyfriend’s apartment.
It’s a difficult relationship (yes, that’s a thought too) and my brain asks me “what will I do, when there is a problem between us?”
C – Move
T – What’s going to happen when we break up, when it’s difficult
F- Anxiety
A – Tell myself that this will be a fault
R – No anticipation
I know that this thought is an OPTION and I’m surprized that I automatically think that this relationship will be worse.
Could you help me please? Maybe I’m confused because it’s more than one model?
