Moving on or exploring?


Hi — last week I dropped all my protocols (Monday hour one and food protocols and exercise and really most of the things I like to do) in favor of feeling depressed and not in a lean-into-it kind of way but more of a lots of time in bed way. This week I feel reenergized and ready to move back to my protocols. Is it better to move on (this is what I want to do) or spend time figuring out why I chose to have a week like that?
