Ten days on protocol and I’ve lost ten pounds!!! I am keeping careful track of my food amounts but not measuring the fats. I’m sure my weight loss will slow down and I will need to tighten up my fat measuring. I’m fuzzy on the amounts suggested. How many Tbsp at lunch and dinner is recommended? How do I measure that if I am sautéing a ton of veggies in fat all at once as I meal prep for several days at a time?
