I started intermittent fasting on 12/25 and have lost 6.2 lbs as of today (1/3). Yay! I have an 8 hour eating window and am following the meal plan suggestions on page 25 of the Stop Overeating workbook. I’m 36 years old, 5’6″ and started at 175 lbs. I feel really awesome… I have a lot more energy and am SO impressed with my progress so far. I’m not really exercising now, but plan to start soon (likely walking or HIIT).
That said, am I losing weight too quickly? I know every body is different, but are there some general guidelines to stay healthy?
p.s. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you do. I can’t believe how much my outlook on life has changed such a few short weeks. This is definitely my best investment in a long time!
