Multiple Goals


Hi Brooke,

I am wondering how to tackle multiple goals. All of your workbooks and podcasts mention picking one goal and focusing on it but I struggle cause I want to achieve it all! My main focus areas are weightloss, money and daily routines. How do you suggest tackling multiple goals. I do not want to just stop trying to improve any of these areas, but of course I am not making leaps and bounds in any either.
