So I just wrote another question about resistance, thanks for answering two! 🙂
In taking a closer look at my resistance and my always-present anxiety, I think I realized something today. Is it possible that I am experiencing several thought/feeling models at once, before I choose an action?
Here’s a simplified example:
C – a scheduled work task
T – I don’t think my idea will work.
F – fear
T – I can’t do this.
F – disappointment (in myself)
T – I don’t want to feel any of this.
F – resistance
A – BUFFER
R – didn’t feel feelings, didn’t accomplish task
I think I’ve been thinking that models happen one at a time all the way through, but I’m not sure that’s always the case. I’d love to hear your thoughts! Thanks.
