Multiple thoughts and the model


How would I use the model for multiple thoughts? I started with the feeling and then wrote the thoughts and then asked why to try to get to one thought. Would this be the approach or would there be a better approach to having a strong feeling with multiple thought ( I hope this makes sense). Example:

FEELING: Sadness
THOUGHT: I’m afraid that I’m not good enough. I’m not a good enough wife, not good enough mother to Mila, not good enough worker, I’m not enough and I’m tired to wake up each day and do everything again. Life feels so heavy and I want to hide.
THOUGHT: I’m not enough
WHY: because my outside world is reflecting heaviness, struggle
WHY: because it’s not light and flowing
WHY: because I’m tired of juggling everything. I’m tired of thinking everything that needs to be done at home, at work, and it’s all of the time
WHY: because my life revolves around a to do list
WHY: because I feel there is so much more to do
WHY: because if I stop, it’ll all fall apart
