I’m always multitasking.
I listen to coaching calls, podcasts, friends’ messages whilst cleaning, cooking, driving, etc.
And I realize I’m not present to what I do.
I get frustrated and so… here I am!
Could this be buffering and thus my multitasking is urge work?
Should I just sit in front of a call for example and do nothing else?
Just thinking about this, my brain offers: but we have so much to do, we need to do several things at the same time to make everything happen…
