I watched Brooke’s Impossible Goal for 2021 and want to set my Impossible Goal around athleticism.
By the end of December 2021 I want to be toned, flexible, lean and in the best shape of my life.
The way I will know I achieved this goal is if I have exercised every single day during this year.
Now, mind you, I paid for a certain app for a year and it has many different classes and I could take a class every day.
When I think about epic fails it seems to me that unless I am terribly sick I have no reason for worthy fails, because the only way I am failing is if I don’t show up.
Would love your help with fine-tuning this goal and/or understanding my fails.
