My brain is bad mouthing my 2020 goal

Reading these questions and answers daily is the biggest help to me ever! Thank you to all who ask and the coaches who answer!

My brain is telling me I am such a loser, but not at weight loss LOL. Thoughts on my models appreciated. note – it finally sunk in to me, literally moments ago from someone elses question… I can choose to feel NEUTRAL. WOW. there’s a thought!!!

A buffer (not so much with food anymore but I notice I am sometimes shopping needlessly)
