My brain is on overdrive

I’ve been having a lot of difficulty managing my mind around an issue at work. I have a meeting on Friday to discuss a problem with my team, which I initiated after receiving some aggressive emails from my colleague who was trying to prove her point. I’ll admit I got a little fiery and responded in a way I didn’t like. That is when I sent another email to propose that we have a meeting so we can come up with a solution together.

This all happened yesterday morning, and I can’t stop thinking about it. My brain is going crazy. I’ve done some thought downloads and my brain just keeps running. I’m exhausted and distracted. How do I get it to stop?

I want to show up to the meeting strong, professional, calm, and nurtured, but I’m just not sure how to get my brain to stop.
