My buffering model – how to get the result to tie back to the thought

I’ve been over eating lately. Started out slow and sneaky. I was thinking it’s the time of year. But I’ve been trying to get my control back and it’s got a stronghold. So I figure it must be buffering.

One of the things I thought in my download was I should let my relationship with my ex go…fade out. Not keep feeding it. So I put that in the T line. The feeling that came up was a combo of fear and anxiety. I went with fear. The action was overeat (avoid fear), but I’m not sure four pounds or feeling out of control (the result) ties back up to the thought line.
