I’ve decided to fully commit to my job to get a managing position and open a new online business to sell art and furniture in my spare time. Both choices will complement each other and teach me valuable lessons.

My brain offers the thought that I’m not like the other manager in the company as I didn’t get my degree, and I was born and raised in México as opposed to them in the USA. Therefore, I think I lack a lot of skills they acquired for being into nice universities, being privileged, and living in the US for all their lives.

This makes me feel defeated so I stop taking courses and responsibilities that could help me reach my goal.
