My Food Protocol

Currently I have a yeti with coffee every morning at about 8:30.

My first eating is an Isogenics shake and a banana at 12:00 (I have 60 shake packets left so I want to use them over the next 60 days and I like them).

My next meal is protein and veggies at 6:30pm.

The rest of the time I drink water and seltzer.

I want to aim for 1 lb a week, so in 3-5 months I hope to loose 15-20 lbs.

What recommendations do you have for me if any…???

So far I have felt mental urges but never felt true hunger yet.

I have been doing ‘A PROTOCOL’ getting off of sugar and flour for about a month or two but this plan for 2-3 days.
