My ‘hammer’ Thought

Hi. In one of the overeating classes Brooke talks about finding a thought that comes down like a hammer – completely changing the way you think about overeating.

I have been thinking this. “Planning and eating fuel food gives me so much more comfort that overeating ever did”. I just want to be sure that this is a good ‘hammer thought’, or if it could be amended to be even better. Thanks!
