My weight is at an all time high, and my fitness is worsening by staying home and the reduced activity. I’m trying models on my reluctance to exercise and looking for feedback.
T—exercise isn’t enjoyable
A—procrastinate on exercising, only exercise occasionally, only do short walks bc my body hurts, try to stop thinking about my body
R—I don’t enjoy taking care of my body
T—If I stick to any program regularly, my body will respond positively
A—choose a program/routine and stick to it as it becomes comfortable, as I make progress choose the next appropriate program/routine,
R—I respond positively to the state of my body
How do I make the IM stick?
