My main emotion every day is pain ~ where do I begin?


I’ve been doing the How to Feel Better course and realized today that my main emotion every day is (psychic) pain. A combination of trauma and depression have left me suffering, even though I’ve done years of therapy and life coaching.

As I’m learning from Brooke, the goal is to feel the emotion so it can pass through.
But this feels like it’s stuck.

So now I’m wondering if maybe it’s become a habit. Is that a thing?
Is it possible that my T’s have realigned to where I am creating this suffering every day?

I’m not sure how to address it. If it’s an emotion, then the advice is to feel it fully. But if it hasn’t gone away in years, then should I be looking to change my thoughts?
