I asked a friend to give me a testimonial on a survey that I am doing for my company but she arrived with lots of corrections on the very meaning of the survey, she reproached me for not having her  involved in the preliminary reflection. I had told her that I had been working on it for weeks and she retorted: you should have involved me from the start!

But it’s my company! She doesn’t work for me or with me!

I know she thinks to help me but I was really angry. Especially when she told me that she had googled the name of the survey to find out if it was relevant or not… as if she was questioning and doubting my work!
